Ms. Coble Abandons Baseless 50C Case Less Than 24 Hours Before Court—A Clear Admission of Guilt

In a stunning admission of the weakness of her case, Ms. Coble voluntarily dismissed her 50C petition less than 24 hours before the scheduled hearing, proving once and for all that her claims of harassment were unsubstantiated and nothing more than a desperate attempt to silence accountability.

From the beginning, this case was never about seeking legitimate relief—it was about weaponizing the court system to harass and intimidate anybodybutcoble.org’s founder, Clayton Ballentine, for daring to expose the truth about Ms. Coble’s conduct. Her last-minute dismissal only confirms what we’ve said all along: her accusations were baseless, and she knew it.

What makes this even more hypocritical is that Ms. Coble has engaged in the exact same conduct she falsely accused me of—attacking and discrediting fellow citizens when it suits her political ambitions. But when held to the same standard, she cowered and backed down, unwilling to face scrutiny in a court of law.

Her actions paint a clear picture of a candidate who will abuse power for personal vendettas rather than serve the people with integrity. This is not leadership. This is not what Randleman deserves.
