Beverly Coble’s Attack on Local Pastor Raises Questions About Fitness to Lead Randleman’s Evangelical Community
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Randleman, NC — Beverly Coble, a candidate for Randleman Mayor, is under fire after resurfaced Facebook comments revealed she publicly attacked a local pastor. Coble alleged the pastor intentionally excluded Sheriff candidate Greg Seabolt from a church-hosted forum because the pastor supported Seabolt’s opponent, Timmy Hasty. However, it was later confirmed that Seabolt was invited but simply overlooked the invitation, disproving Coble’s claims.
Coble’s comments, seen as baseless and inflammatory, have raised serious concerns about her temperament and judgment. Targeting a community pastor, especially in a town with a strong evangelical presence, has left many questioning her ability to lead with respect and integrity.
“Randleman deserves a leader who reflects the values of our community—faith, fairness, and unity—not someone who resorts to baseless accusations and divisive behavior,” said a spokesperson for Anybody But Coble.
As the election nears, Coble’s actions highlight the importance of electing a leader who embodies the values of the people they serve.
