Beverly Coble Follows Democrat Playbook, Weaponizing the Courts Against Opponents Again

RANDLEMAN, NC – Beverly Coble has now made her third attempt to abuse the legal system to silence opposition, filing yet another frivolous 50C civil no-contact order against Anybody But Coble founder Clayton Ballentine—just 30 days after dismissing her last failed attempt. But this time, she has gone even further, filing a bogus criminal summons in a clear act of political retaliation.

This marks the second and third time Coble has misused the courts to attack her critics, mirroring a disturbing trend seen at the national level. Although she is a registered Republican, Coble has a history of voting Democrat—and now she’s borrowing straight from their political playbook by using the legal system to target her opposition instead of engaging in open debate.

What makes this even more outrageous is Coble’s sheer hypocrisy. For years, she has been quick to attack and tear down her political opponents, using the same hard-hitting tactics that Anybody But Coble is now employing—yet the moment she’s on the receiving end, she cries foul and runs to the courts. She built her political reputation on going after others, but now she’s trying to claim she’s the victim. Randleman sees through this double standard.

We fully expect these cases to be thrown out just like the last one, but if Coble believes she can misuse the courts without consequences, she is mistaken.”
